The new caretaker of the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade Hossein Modarres Khiyabani has banned senior officials of the ministry from signing new agreements or contracts, issuing new directives or revoking old ones and changing labor force status until further notice.
The guidelines have been communicated by Mohammad Hassan Sabouri, the director general of the Industries Ministry’s administrative office, to all heads and deputies of related departments, organizations, institutions, funds, affiliated companies and provincial organizations, IRNA reported.
Khiyabani recently replaced Reza Rahmani, who was sacked by President Hassan Rouhani.
